Delegates are requested to send their registration fee only through DD in favour of "TNOACON 2012 CMC, VELLORE" payable at Vellore. Kindly send the duly filled in registration form and accommodation form to the Conference Secretariat. |

Post Graduates are requested to send a bonafide certificate from the Head of the Department of their Institution.
TNOA members above 65 years are eligible for free registration, provided they attach evidence for age proof. Registration no required for children below 12 years.
Spot Registration - Spot Registration counters will be open at the conference venue on 9th to 11th February 2012. Only cash will be accepted. Please avoid spot registration.
Cancellation - Any request for cancellation should be given in writing before January 2012. 25% of the total delegate fee will be deducted on cancellation. Cancellation will not be entertained after 20th January 2012. The refund will be made after the conference. Both incidental charges and journal fund contribution are non refundable.
