Dear friends,

It gives me great pleasure to communicate with you through this Second Announcement of the TNOACON 2012. If the last edition of TNOACON 2011 was a great success with a record number of participants, I am sure the TNOACON 2012 will be a bigger success as more and more of our members have started patronizing our Conferences over the last few years. Considered as a citadel of academic excellence, the Christian Medical College, Vellore is likely to throw open the Conference to a plethora of academic debates and discussions and I too am eagerly awaiting as you are. I request you all to participate in large numbers with your family once again and enable our State Conference be considered as one of the premier Conferences in the Country. I also take this opportunity to wish Dr. Ravi Korula and his team a great success in the conduct of TNOACON 2012 in the historic city of Vellore.
