TNOA - Prof. M. Natarajan Medal for Trauma
  • Papers with good materials and with minimum of two years follow-up will be entertained.
  • Single case reports and papers with short follow-up will not be considered.
  • The presenting author should not have completed 35 years as on the last date of submission of full papers.

 

TNOA - Prof.C. Vyageswaradu Medal for Orthopaedics
  • Papers with good materials and with minimum of two years follow-up will be entertained.
  • Single case reports and papers with short follow-up will not be considered.
  • The presenting author should not have completed 35 years as on the last date of submission of full papers.

 

TNOA - Prof.T.K. Shanmugasundaram Medal for Rural Centres
  • Only paper from rural centers without any teaching facility will be considered.
  • No Age limit.

 

TNOA –Porf. A. Subramanian Medal for Basic Research in Orthopaedics
  • Papers must involve studies in Cadaveric, Bio-mechanical, Microbiological.
  • Design fabrication of instruments and implants etc.
  • No age limit.

 

TNOA – Prof. P. Dhanarajan Medal
  • Papers must be on innovative trauma work.
  • The author himself must present the work.
  • There is no age limit.

N.B. The work should not have been published or practiced in any national / International literature or centers other than

by the author himself.

 

TNOA – Prof. T.S. Xavier Hand Medal
  • This medal is to highlight the works in the field of hand surgery.
  • No age limit.
  • A Minimum of 2 years follow up is essential.  This criteria may not be applicable in certain studies which may not require a long follow up.  This is to be decided by the Scientific committee of TNOA.

 

TNOA – Prof.M. Ramanathan Medal for Consultants
  • No  Age Limit.
  • Author must have a minimum of five years experience in the practice of Orthopaedics after qualification.
  • The presentation should be an original work by the author himself in any sub speciality.
  • The presentation should be made by the author himself.
  • A Minimum of 2 years follow up is essential.  This criteria may not be applicable in certain studies which may not require a long follow up.  This is to be decided by the Scientificcommittee of TNOA.

 

Free Papers
  • Free  Papers for presentation are invited from all the members.
  • There will be a short session for presentation of single case report, any interesting surgical technique etc.

 

Poster Presentation TNOA Erode Ortho Club Medal
  • The Posters will be on display during the two conference days.
  • The presentor should be available at the spot between 4 pm and 5 pm on ………….. for interaction.
  • The size of the poster shall be 175 cms in vertical height and 85 cms across inclusive of the title, subject matter, and photographs.
  • Papers not considered for oral presentation may be considered for posters.
